Your Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, setting best practices for development and deployment
• Drive architecture decisions and contribute to the overall tech strategy for our SaaS platform
• Design and implement scalable backend services with Node.js and efficient frontend interfaces with React.js
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
• Ensure code quality through reviews and oversee the integration of new technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.js, with a deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing applications
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a development team
• Excellent communication in English; French is a plus
